He Xing Ban Mian Zhi Jia

Xing Hua cuisine is more commonly found in restaurant, but here  in Sims Vista Market & Food Centre there is a hawker stall that sells Xing Hua-style dishes as well as handmade noodles. One unique item is the Xing Hua Rice Cake, which comes with a generous portion of ingredients such as prawns and clams sitting amidst the sliced rice cakes. Coated with an aromatic and savoury sauce, this is a dish that you’d be hard-pressed to find in any other hawker centre!
