What makes them so special is the green chilli sauce that sits atop a lightly fried chicken thigh! Served with basmati rice, the green chilli is sweet, savoury, slightly spicy, crunchy and addictive. The spice is manageable even for those who can’t tolerate spice well, but if you’d like to take it up a notch, you can pair it with some chilli padi!
