Soup Huat Pig’s Organ Soup

Soon Huat Pig’s Organ Soup is another stall at Serangoon Garden Market & Food Centre that commands a long queue, and for good reason. Instead of a peppery soup that you’ll usually find at other pig’s organ soup stalls, the soup here is filled with the tangy preserved vegetable flavours to impart a slight sourish flavour that whets the appetite. Then there are the various pork cuts and innards – all cleaned thoroughly so there’s no strong porky or gamey taste!
