Bossi Ban Mian

The chef-owner of Bossi Ban Mian hails from Ipoh and uses a recipe passed down by his mother. Serving a range of handmade noodles either with seafood or minced meat, you can choose from a variety of noodles such as mee hoon kueh and you mian. Whether it is the dry version tossed in a black sauce or the soup option, you can expect every spoonful to be satisfyingly umami. Another unique thing about the stall is their green chilli sauce that adds a zesty and fiery kick!
