Picky Snout

Tucked away in a coffeeshop in Kovan, Picky Snout offers affordable rosti dishes with juicy pork chops, chicken chops and more. What we love is that the stall incorporates Vietnamese flavours into their rosti menu, with dishes such as the Signature Saigon Pork Rosti. The dish features rosti and sour cream paired with two chargrilled bone-in pork chops marinated in a delicious Vietnamese-style sauce!
