While they do offer the classic rosti with Sour Cream and Chives, other standout options include their Bacon and House Cured Salmon rosti. The former features thick-cut bacon with fried egg, hot tomato jam, cream cheese, and pickled radish, while the latter is served with ricotta cheese and house-cured salmon topped with fried capers, pickled onion, dill, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil.
