leopold is a one-of-a-kind gastrobar in Singapore with a combination of Austrian, German and Swiss influences. Leopold makes their Rosti with coarsely grated potatoes seared in butter, baked and topped with sour cream and a free-range organic egg. If you need a little bit more, you can add on some Black Forest Ham or Melted Raclette Cheese!
