Gram Cafe & Pancakes
Hailing from Osaka, Gram is famous for its pancakes, each 4 cm tall, and becomes a towering display when stacked. They are slow-cooked on low heat and whipped full of air, which results in a fluffy texture which is like a cloud or cotton candy. Try their Premium Pancakes which comes with a thick maple syrup and housemade whipped cream which is light and milky.
