Chin Huat Live Seafood
As its name alludes, king crabs are massive crustaceans with legs that are large, thick, and covered in spikes. Snowy-white with streaks of red, it has a rich, sweet flavour with a delicately tender texture. Its bold fresh flavour is best savoured steamed, but Chin Huat Live Seafood also specialises in the Golden Sauce Crab, where the crab is fried and cooked in a creamy pumpkin-based sauce, with a hint of spice and fragrance from chilli padi and curry leaves.
