Xin Fu Ji

By now you should be able to tell that Pasir Panjang Food Centre is home to several great tze char/BBQ seafood stalls, and Xin Fu Ji is no exception. The BBQ Stingray here is perfectly cooked and slathered with a tangy, spicy, flavourful sambal, and the cincalok cuts through the spiciness and provides some added flavour and relief. Other dishes worth trying include the Salted Egg Crab, Salt Baked Crab and Sambal Kangkong.
