It wouldn’t really be a hawker centre in Singapore without some chicken rice! Find both roasted and poached chicken at Jubilant Hainanese Chicken Rice. The chicken is tender and well-marinated while the rice is fluffy and tasty – what’s not to love? The stall also commands a queue and it’s not unheard of for them to sell out by lunchtime, so try to come early for a taste!
