SHAO 燒
SHAO is a modern restaurant offering Teochew cuisine, BBQ roast meats and seafood. Their Pao Fan comes in a couple of styles – Sliced Fish, Sliced Grouper, Sliced Pomfret Fish, Oyster Claypot, and Mixed Seafood. While the broth is on the lighter side, the dish is still comforting and hits all the right spots.
