East Bistro
East Bistro is helmed by acclaimed head Chef Tony Wong, who spearheaded the well-known Michelin-starred Lei Garden. A must-try is the Crispy Rice with Crab in Superior Soup which features crackling golden fried rice crisps. There are also other variations that come with red garoupa, clams, prawns and lobster. They are belly-warming to the belly, and the sweetness of the seafood is thoroughly absorbed within the grains and stock.
