Chef Goo

Chef Goo was founded by a former limousine taxi driver turned hawker and the Seafood Poached Rice is one of the star dishes here, made with a broth that’s boiled for at least 12 hours. The bowl comes with plenty of fixings – prawns, squid, slivers of pork belly and a generous smattering of fried shallots, fried egg floss and big chunks of crispy pork lard.
