Opera Haus
Opera Haus is a family-run bakery and specialty cake shop. Named after the opera cake, you’ll find some of the finest French desserts and the freshest breads here. Their opera cake features 10 tantalising layers of almond sponge soaked in coffee liqueur syrup, coffee and praline cream, with a wonderfully contrasting crunchy base topped with a deliciously rich chocolate ganache. If you want to veer off from the classic, Opera Haus also does a version that is matcha-flavoured and made with Marukyu Koyamaen matcha cream!
