CAKEINSPIRATION

The opera cake is certainly not a light dessert, but when done well, it is a delicious one. CAKEINSPIRATION’s Opera Gâteau Cake is made of ten alternating layers of light sponge cake soaked in coffee syrup, crunchy feuilletine, espresso-flavoured buttercream and premium chocolate ganache. It is then decorated with gold flakes and macarons. Talk about a cake that tastes as good as it looks!
