Whitley Road Big Prawn Noodle

First a stall at at Whitley Road Hawker Centre in the 70s, the prawn noodle stall has since expanded to two more outlets. The branch at Old Airport Road achieved the Michelin Plate in 2019 and continues to draw long queues of customers during lunch hour! The robust prawn stock is just the right amount of sweet and briny. The fresh plump prawns, fried scallions, fragrant lard and al dente noodles all come together to create a satisfyingly harmonious dish!
