Wang Wang Crispy Curry Puff

Made by hand daily by the couple who operates this hawker stall, Wang Wang probably has some of the flakiest curry puffs you can find in Singapore. Take your pick from the classic curry chicken and potato puff or other flavours such as the sardine puff. Not only is the pastry shell light, buttery and flaky, the curry filling of chicken and potato was also moist and savoury with just the right amount of spice.
