One of the newer players in Old Airport Road Food Centre, Minced Pork Bros is modern bak chor mee stall and a second venture here by the brains behind Roast Paradise. Hand-making their own noodles, you can also expect zhush-ed up recipes such as the Modern Teochew Abalone Noodles, which comes with abalone, scallops, pork slices, and a hanjuku egg. Feeling indulgent? Check out the Seafood Minced Pork Noodles which comes with a dollop of ikura, homemade herh keow, and scallops!
