Hua Ji XO Fish Head Bee Hoon

Hua Ji's fish soup is so addictive you just can't help but slurp up every last drop. Simmered with fish bones for over six hours, the broth is sweet and full of umami. They are also incredibly generous with their servings and ingredients are almost overflowing out of the bowl! The subtle hint of XO was just right and not overwhelming in a way that steals the spotlight from the natural sweetness of the fish and broth.
