There's actually a fried oyster rivalry going at Old Airport Road Food Centre, and one of the parties is Famous Old Airport Fried Oyster. Gossip aside, the orh lua here is the perfect mix of cornstarch, egg and oysters. The outside is crunchy while the inside is soft, and the oysters are super fresh and huge! Of course, you have to pair it with their chilli that has a tartness that cuts through the grease. Compared to its rival who has the better fried oyster? We'll leave it to you to decide 😉
