Lao Huang Hakka Niang Tou Fu

You’ll often find a queue at this YTF stall serving up Hakka YTF stuffed with minced meat. They have a good selection of ingredients such as brinjal, bitter gourd, okra, beancurd and more. You can choose from egg noodles or white rice, with the former tossed in a savoury, lardy sauce and topped with a good dollop of minced pork meat. Depending on which ingredients you pick, some of them will be fried, while the non-fried items will be served in a light, sweet and tasty broth boiled with soya bean and anchovies.
