Newton Tan Song Heng

Hokkien Mee lovers can make a beeline for Newton Tan Song Heng. As its name suggests, it used to be located at Newton Food Centre. Each portion of Hokkien Mee comes with yellow and white noodles, pork slices, fresh beansprouts and juicy prawns, along with a healthy whiff of wok hei. Tie the dish all together with a plentiful squeeze of lime and a spoonful of their chilli sauce! If you’re particularly famished, you can also try out their fried kway teow.
