Heng Long BBQ Chicken Rice

Another Michelin-recommended stall at Mei Ling Market & Food Centre, Heng Long BBQ Chicken Rice was previously located at the nearby Stirling Road. Well known for their Cantonese-style roast meats, expect all the classics such as Poached Chicken, Roast Chicken, Honey Char Siew and Roast Pork. The Roast Chicken sports a thin and crispy skin, and the Char Siew is covered in a yummy marinade while the Roast Pork features a crackly skin. Some regard should be given to the rice too, which is fragrant, fluffy and not too oily!
