Qi Ji
Instead of the typical mee siam with white bee hoon, Qi Ji uses brown rice vermicelli instead, which is a healthier option. You’d hardly tell a difference as it as brown rice vermicelli whas the same mouthfeel and springiness in texture, and it even soaks up the gravy a tad better than normal bee hoon. The gravy here is rich and smooth, and the bowl comes with tau pok, bean sprouts, as well as a hard-boiled egg and a wedge of lime.
