Maxwell Haha Mee Siam Mee Rebus

This mee siam has bee hoon with some bean sprouts soaked in a bowl of nicely flavoured gravy that is slightly spicy and zesty, and its flavours are lighter than the Malay variations. It also comes with egg slices and small pieces of tau pok that thoroughly soaks up the flavours of the gravy, and the accompanying chilli paste has a hint of shrimp.
