Famous Sungei Road Trishaw Laksa

We all know this stall for their laksa, but they also serve an interesting Fruit Juice Mee Siam. As its name suggests, fresh fruit juices are used to make the mee siam gravy instead of the usual tamarind paste. This not only cuts through the richness of the gravy, but also lends a fruity fragrance to the dish. Ingredients-wise, it comes with the usual suspects of bee hoon, beansprouts, fried beancurd puff, egg and chicken.
