Owned by Japanese Chef Yamashita Masataka, Flor Patisserie has become renowned for their intricate Japanese-French pastries and cakes. We love the Paris Vert, a picture-perfect treat featuring matcha sponge, home-cooked Azuki paste and sweetened Japanese sweet potato. Each mouthful reveals a balanced flavour and texture and brings out the intensity of the fresh matcha.
