One of the most popular stalls at the Marina Bay Sands food court, HK Nanyang is popular for their blue pea rice that’s made with premium basmati long grain rice. Hoping to bring restaurant-standard Southeast Asian dishes into food courts, its Chicken Rendang is yummy and slightly sweet. Other dishes include the Braised Pork set that has a melt-in-your-mouth texture yet still firm enough to have a nice mouthfeel.
