No.1 Western Food is another old-school Western food stall in Margaret Drive Hawker Centre dishing out well-grilled, meaty delights in generous portions. A must-try is their amazing Chicken Cutlet which is served with a special tomato-barbeque sauce. Deep fried to golden perfection, the sauce has a sweet-savoury flavour with a hint of tanginess that cuts through any greasiness and savouriness of the cutlet.
