Tai One Wei

Fairly new in town is Tai One Wei, which claims to be the first Taiwanese-style tze char eatery in Singapore. Located along North Bridge Road, it is helmed by Chef Tony Chen from Nantou County in Taiwan. Other than the comforting and appetising Lu Rou Fan($3) that comes with savoury braised pork that wasn’t overly oily, you’ll also find many more authentic Taiwanese dishes for your meal here, such as Handmade Taiwan Sausage, Crispy Fried Oyster, Salted Crispy Squid, Crispy Egg Tofu with Pork and many more!
