Hei Lun Shi Tang
A humble eatery in Queensway Shopping Centre, Hei Lun Shi Tang serves up no-frills Taiwanese fare in old-school metal bento boxes! They are known for their braised pork, which is simmered in premium soya sauce and Taiwanese rice wine for hours to achieve its rich flavour. Their signature Braised Pork Rice (from $5.80) makes for a hearty meal with short-grain Japonica rice, premium Duroc minced pork, stewed cabbage and carrots, pickled vegetables, shiitake mushroom and a braised egg.
