The St. Regis Singapore offers two types of log cakes for Christmas 2023. This includes the signature St. Regis Chocolate Log Cake which comes with a moist chocolate sponge, chocolate mousseline and Viennoise sponge. And new this year is the Vanilla Mandarin Log Cake which combines the tangy and fruity notes of mandarin confit and lemon curd against a vanilla mousse.
