Da Paolo Gastronomia’s latest log cake creation is inspired by a winter wonderland. The new White Forest Log Cake features homemade rum-spiked morello cherry compote and white chocolate yoghurt chantilly. The popular Pistachio Raspberry Log Cake has also made a comeback this year, comprising a light pistachio cake with homemade raspberry jam and a luxurious pistachio cream made with Sicilian pistachios.
