Angelina is celebrating its 120th anniversary this Christmas with two exclusive log cakes. The first, a cranberry yule log, brings together cranberry and raspberry cream, hazelnut biscuit, vanilla ganache and mousse, and cranberry jelly. The second, a caramel passionfruit yule log, puts together tart and rich flavour profiles within its white chocolate exterior that’s topped with white chocolate-lime crisp sprinklings and coconut dacquoise.
