Everything about the lobster roll at The Market Grill & Wine 90 screams premium quality, and an entire lobster goes into the making of each roll! Lobster chunks are first grilled for maximum flavour on a specially imported Wood Stone charbroiler, then tossed together in a mix of pommery mustard, mayo and yoghurt. The light seasoning allows for the sweetness of the fresh lobster meat to come through, and the bun is completed with your choice of salad, fries or mashed potatoes on the side.
