Uncle Penyet
Despite its shop name, this stall's signature dish isn't actually ayam penyet. Instead, Uncle Penyet is known for its ayam panggang, aka grilled chicken! The dish consists of a mound of fluffy white rice drizzled with curry sauce and topped with a freshly grilled chicken thigh. The plump, juicy and tender chicken is well-marinated with spices and sweet soy sauce, creating a perfect blend of savoury-sweet-spicy delight.
