Ah Choon Traditional Lor Mee Prawn Noodle Laksa

Ah Choon Traditional Lor Mee Prawn Noodle Laksa is another popular stall at Kampung Admiralty Food Centre drawing in long queues during peak hours. Their signature Lor Mee comes with lots of ingredients including fried battered fish, halved prawns, braised eggs, ngoh hiang, braised pork belly slices and topped with fried batter bits and sambal chili. The noodle was nicely soaked in a light, starchy and flavorful gravy, while the battered fried fish remained crisp and crunchy even after soaking in the gravy for quite some time. Remember to add minced garlic and some black vinegar for extra goodness!
