Take a seat in front of the counters, behind which skilled chefs wield their spatulas with skill, and prepare for a meal that’s part performance, part gastronomic pleasure. Sample items like Mix Seafood, Tiger Prawn with Balsamic Sauce, and Foie Gras with Japanese Radish, or meats such as the Duck with Spring Onion and Angus steak.
