DONQ Boulangerie
Established in 1905 in Kobe, Hyogo prefecture, DONQ Boulangerie is a French-style bakery chain which has expanded to over 140 outlets across Asia. Using both French and Japanese baking and pastry-making techniques, expect delicious bites such as the Mentaiko France that is generously slathered with mentaiko sauce, as well as the Aomori Apple & Tea Bread that’s made with specially imported apples from Aomori.
