Mei Hua Garden Fishball Noodle

Run by an elderly couple, this humble stall at Jalan Batu Hawker Centre is popular for its old-school fishball noodles. Take your pick from mee pok, yellow noodles, kway teow and mee tai bak, and choose to have it dry or in soup. The former features springy noodles tossed in an aromatic chilli and vinegar sauce combination, mixed together with crispy shallots. You also get some minced meat, slices of fish cake and bouncy fishballs in the bowl.
