Kim Kee Tanjong Rhu Wanton Mee gained popularity when the stall was featured in a Hong Kong TV drama. The noodles here are springy and flavorful, and the highlight of the dish is the signature sauce that the noodles are tossed in, along with a generous serving of pork lard. Although the char siew are not much to shout about and wantons are on the small side, they are succulent and well-seasoned.
