Lao Chen Ji

Lao Chen Ji is easily one of the best kolo mee in Singapore, and they certainly have the queue to prove it. The noodles are cooked perfectly al dente, and each strand comes fully coated in a fragrant, umami sauce. The char siu is pretty tender, and you can also add extra ingredients, such as dumplings or yong tau foo ingredients.
