Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodle is one of the crowd favourites at Holland Drive Market & Food Centre. If you’re wondering what Hakka noodles actually is, it’s more commonly known as yong tau foo! An order comes with a fixed set of handmade ingredients and a bowl of springy noodles tossed in a savoury house-made concoction. A bowl of soup is also included, which comes with ingredients like bitter gourd, brinjal, green chilli and tofu stuffed with minced meat (instead of the usual fish paste!)
