Blanco Court Kueh Chap is the other stall at Holland Drive Market & Food Centre that doles out hearty bowls of kway chap. If you prefer your ingredients to be more lightly braised, then you may prefer Blanco Court Kueh Chap’s take! A set comes with rice noodles swimming in a light herbal broth, with a plate of braised meat, tau pok, tau kwa, and braised egg. You can add on other items such as offals, pig trotters, pork belly, pig skin, salted vegetable, peanuts and egg.
