Angelina’s afternoon tea set menu ($35++, available from 2.30pm to 6.30pm daily) is an excellent sampler of the tea room's best. Expect all manners of macarons, mini tarte citron, vegetable quiche and finger sandwiches! For something more indulgent, try their signature pastry Mont-Blanc ($16). Made from meringue, light whipped cream and chestnut cream vermicelli, it’s the perfect pairing to Angelina’s famed old-fashioned hot chocolate ‘L’Africain’ ($13), made from three kinds of African cocoa! The assortment of pastries and savoury delights plus the view of the canal at The Shoppes make this one of the best spots for Marina Bay Sands high tea.
