Lin Yu Mei Kolo Mee
Lin Yu Mei Kolo Mee serves a kolo mee that even true blue Sarawakians give the thumbs up for. Each bowl comes with al dente egg noodles, minced meat, char siew, pork lard, fried shallots and some spring onions, and make sure to pair it with some of their chilli sauce! Other than kolo mee, the stall also sells Sarawak Laksa that’s made with coconut milk and tamarind paste for a sour-ish tang.
