Mei Xiang Goreng Pisang

Mei Xiang Goreng Pisang was originally from Lau Pa Sat and is now situated at Changi Village Hawker Centre. The batter here is a house signature – it is thin, crispy, non-greasy, yet sufficiently strong without being fragile. The fried banana is small but plump, juicy, soft and creamy. Also worth trying are the fried sweet potato and taro!
