Red Stove Fried Prawn Mee is a stalwart at Geylang Bahru Market & Food Centre and has been here for well over 40 years. The plate of Hokkien Mee is wet, glistening and garlicky, making it a definite hit with garlic lovers. The noodles are flavourful and well soaked with the prawn stock, and together with the prawns, sotong and eggs make an incredibly satisfying dish. Try to come during off-peak hours, or arrive ready to brave the queue!
