Herbivore is one of the most famous Fortune Centre food, serving up meat-free Japanese cuisine. With items like the Vegan Unagi Maki that’s made with teriyaki tofu unagi, avocado, and cucumber wrapped in Japanese pearl rice, as well as the Vegan Spicy Ramen Set that comes with a side of pan-fried gyoza dumplings filled with assorted vegetables and mushrooms, you won’t even be missing meat! There’s even vegan sashimi that’s made with konjac jelly and it tastes pretty close to the real deal!
